2) Truck Dealership/Commercial Lines Account Manager (Carmel, IN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide positive, prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients.

Receive phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance, claims, administrative needs, and comply with the request.

Be familiar with and follow agency E&O guidelines and service commercial lines accounts in a manner to eliminate gaps in coverage, thus reducing our E&O exposures.

Maintain electronic files in an orderly, up-to-date manner.

Education requirement: College degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

Must be licensed per state requirements.

Must be able to understand and analyze commercial lines insurance coverage’s, forms, procedures, and policy rating systems.

Should have a thorough understanding of commercial lines underwriting and coverages.

Garage experience is a plus.

Must desire to acquire advanced insurance designations.

Must be proficient in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint).

Proficient in AMS 360 insurance software is a plus.

Professional designation is a plus.

4) Benefits Analyst - Group Benefits (Carmel, IN)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain knowledge of all market options and develop positive working relationships with carrier representatives

5) Account Manager - Group Benefits (Carmel, IN)

Group Benefits Account Manager is responsible for managing group benefit accounts through all phases to include marketing, implementation, communication, eligibility, and ongoing service of accounts. Knowledge of fully-insured and self-insured products, alternative funding methods and ancillary products is required.

Service assigned group clients and prospective clients

Assist the Director of Benefits and producers in gathering the necessary information regarding new/renewal accounts
