Our internship program offers students unique learning experiences that will help build their foundation of insurance knowledge. We have established a base schedule for our incoming interns, which allows them to learn each segment of our business operation: Personal, Commercial, Employee Benefits, and Financial Services. However, the schedule can be customized to fit each intern’s specific desired career path. Another unique feature offered to student interns is a full week spent with a partner carrier, learning various positions within their commercial division. Our paid internships offer flexibility in hours worked per week and length of employment. In addition, our internship program has been approved by partner universities to qualify for college credits.
