Purpose:

This position provides assistance to the Claims Director in the reporting and follow-up of active Commercial Lines claims.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting of new commercial claims to the Insurance carriers
  • Follow up on previously reported claims
  • Run reports as necessary
  • Update active Spreadsheets
  • Perform special projects at management’s request

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of commercial claims experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in AMS360 or NexGen is a plus
  • Current P&C license or willing to become licensed
  • Ability to advance within the company
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
