Process incoming checks and corresponding carrier statements.  Post revenue to AMS at client and policy level.


  • Prepare compile and sort documents for processing
  • Transcribe information into required electronic format or manually enter data from source documents, into prescribed computer database.
  • Scan documents into database
  • Check source documents for accuracy, verify data and correct as needed
  • Navigate various carrier websites to obtain information as needed


  • Experience:  2 years accounting experience
  • Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Ability to build relationships with team members
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines
