Purpose:

We are looking for an administrative assistant to assist in our Medicare department during the busy season. It would be part-time during August and September, then full-time during October through December.

This individual would manage schedules/calendars, coordinate meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, process invoices, and handle inquires as appropriate. Manage work with basic guidance and direction. Addresses basic administrative and technical issues when they arise.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Require 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience with Medicare insurance preferred.
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
