Shepherd Insurance Celebrates New Sarasota/Bradenton Office and a Decade of Growth in Florida
UNIVERSITY PARK, Florida – Shepherd Insurance celebrated the grand opening of its new Sarasota/Bradenton office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community open house on November 2nd, welcoming clients, business partners, community stakeholders, and local leaders to tour the new space at 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 101, in Manatee County.
The event was held in partnership with the Bradenton Area Economic Development Corporation and the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance. Speakers included Shepherd Insurance CEO Quinn Shepherd, Founder Dave Shepherd, Partner and COO of the Florida & Arizona Region Patrick Del Medico, and Brittany Lamont, President and CEO of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance.
Following the ribbon-cutting, guests were invited to an open house where they had the opportunity to meet the Shepherd team and explore the new office. Team members from Shepherd locations in Florida, Indiana, and Kentucky traveled to Sarasota to support the celebration.

Shepherd Insurance has served clients in the Sarasota and Bradenton communities since 2016, becoming the agency’s first location in Florida. The new office, located within the First Watch corporate headquarters building in the University Town Center area, reflects the agency’s continued investment in the region and positions the team for future growth. The larger space provides room for continued growth while offering a modern and collaborative environment for employees and clients.
