They are competent, have hometown courtesy, and provide the best customer service. Someone always answers the phone and my questions; no recordings or messages. My claim was paid quickly, with no disputes, as they were not trying to dispute my claim and do the least amount possible, but actually wanted to help my office after an incident. Even with all of that, their prices are competitive in the industry. I would recommend Cox & Kimball to any business in the market for insurance.
