We take a data-driven approach to evaluating the wellness programs our clients engage. Paired with the company’s vision and culture, we review an organization’s workforce demographics and claim utilization benchmarking to develop and implement a customized strategy with measurable goals. This includes the utilization of a data analysis tool where we can aggregate information from multiple platforms include medical, pharmacy, wellness biometric screening, onsite/near-site clinics, and payroll to allow us to monitor performance. Key focus areas – such as gaps in care, preventative utilization statistics, claims paid by member by month, prescription drug usage, and disease management engagement – are just a few data points used to help us evaluate the success of the program over time, as well as allow our team to recalibrate the program to achieve maximum efficacy in the most desired key performance areas. Cohort groups can be established to determine the effectiveness of any risk management program implemented.
