WHO WE ARE
We are the premier independent agency in Pulaski County. With the backing of Shepherd Insurance, we are able to serve the needs of the small farm all the way up to large institutional clients. All of our agents live in the community and know our clients by their first name. Being a small community, we feel we are a part of it by being involved in many functions and projects. In 2025, the Budd Insurance Agency in Winamac joined Shepherd Insurance. Through this partnership, our two offices merged, creating a unified team that can collaborate more effectively while continuing to proudly serve the Winamac community.
